Have you considered a career change? Starting a new business of your own maybe?

I’d like to talk about what this experience and the entrepreneur lifestyle is like.

Because women who are hitching their business to heart and passion are making some seriously beautiful waves.

They’re grinning. Shaking the shackles of a 9 to 5. Leading. Creating. Inspiring. Thriving personally, professionally, and even financially. They’re glowing.

And I want to tell you why.

What if work could be different?

These days, your career perhaps feels stuffy. It’s heavily connected to strict schedules, paperwork, meetings, deadlines, overtime, and thoughts of financial security. Your job is all head and very little heart. You’re struggling to breathe, be creative, and smile.

Feeling cramped and exhausted in a stale work environment doesn’t have to be your reality anymore.

Most people don’t associate work with happiness and freedom, but what if that was possible?

What if work was more than a means to an end?

What if you felt alive and hopeful instead?

That would be winning. That would be you living your best life.

In our world today, we work, sleep, and play. Our career represents at least a third of our existence. That’s a huge piece of existence, isn’t it?

When your career is rooted in heart and passion, you are…

1. Intentional and full of purpose

Starting a new business is definitely intentional on your part. It’s a deliberate action. It takes an element of courage, of course. But largely, you’re committing yourself to a work and life story that suits you. One that thrills and fulfils you. It’s all about growth instead of grind.

You’ve considered your hobbies, relationships, and passions. You’ve arrived at a service, product, or solution you can offer others. And that’s your mission…

Your reason.

Your own terms.

Your design.

You’re making your dream real.

And that’s something to get out of bed and live for. That’s a purpose, right?

Be intentional right now. Check out my online program Goodbye Day Job and take your desires and dreams to the stages of planning and setup.

Startup success can be yours.

2. Confident

With anything new, you experience moments of anxiety and self-doubt. Sometimes, you’ll feel out of place or ill-equipped.

As you make a career change, you’ll even notice your identity shift. And that can be jarring. At first, especially. A new schedule, sudden flexibility, lack of work community.  But you’ll also feel a sense of calm and control.

When you’re carrying out a vision that’s close to your heart, you find peace in working toward that vision. Even as obstacles and setbacks surface, you still feel in control because you are in charge.

You’re responsible for this dream of yours. Surprisingly, that’s not a burden.

It’s worth every step you take. Every call you make and email you send. All the research and mentoring. You’re shaping a new you. You’re making a difference doing what you love. And when you see even small successes, your confidence will soar.

3. Joyful in work and life

I mentioned happiness earlier. But when I say joy, I’m referring to something greater. Happiness can be fleeting. It’s what you feel on those rare good days in a job not meant for you.

True joy suggests an enduring sort of contentment. Joy is untouchable in my mind. Even when things get discouraging and outright difficult, you remain joyful because it’s all part of your growth and your dream playing out. You’ve anticipated the hurdles, you’re jumping them, and you’re continuing the journey.

All of this joy spills over into other areas. You notice it when you’re hanging at home, visiting friends, heading to the doctor, working out at the gym, reading a book before bed. What’s stopping your career change if this is what awaits you?

Don’t let fear hold you back from startup success.

How to make the right move for you…

These feelings may exist deep down at first. Deep, deep down. Your growth in your entrepreneur lifestyle will take time and effort.

The good news? These feelings are somehow developing in you now.

As you’re dreaming. As you’re envisioning a different life. You’re not brimming over with intention, purpose, confidence, and joy yet. But you will be.

If the business aspect intimidates you, join me for the business training you need. Make starting a new business manageable.

You know this is the right move for you. A passion-driven approach to work and life? An authentic you finally doing what you love? It’s called winning.

You’re asking: Where do I sign up? I’m telling you: You’re already in the right place.
